Order tracking

All our orders ship with GLS, tracking included.

How to track your order

  1. When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you your GLS tracking number and the link to track it.
  2. Click the link in the email or enter your tracking number at gls-spain.es.
  3. You can also check your order status via the “View your order” link in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times

Once your order has shipped, you'll usually receive it within 1–3 business days in mainland Spain.

Any problems?

If the tracking isn't updating or your order is delayed, email us at fracaz.es@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with GLS. We're available Monday to Friday, from 4 pm to 9 pm (Spanish time).
